The Utah State Bank was owned by the Browning brothers with Matthew the President. In 192 it was merged with the _____________ Bank owned by the Eccles family and became First Security Bank of Utah. First Security Bank of Utah, N.A. was sold to Wells Fargo, Inc. in 19 .

24 Nov 1939: UIC RR. Corp. takes over UIC RR. Co. properties.
28 Feb 1947: Final run; company abandoned all rail operations.

Matthew was a shareholder of the Logan Rapid Transit company that operated electric rail cars in the city of Logan and other places in Cache Valley Utah.
